Model homes at Upper Joshua Creek are open by appointment. Choose a time below and we will meet you at the community and walk through the homes with you. Pick a time that suits you and we will confirm the meeting point.

Appointments run approximately one hour. We meet you a few minutes beforehand and go through the model homes with you. A confirmation is sent by text immediately, followed by a reminder the day before with the meeting point. If plans change, reply to the reminder and we will reschedule.
Anyone involved in the purchase decision is welcome to attend. Where financing applies, a mortgage pre approval allows us to go through availability and pricing in detail.
